    I was looking forward to receiving my first PCE bible and thrilled to receive it two days earlier from original date promised. I have not been disappointed in any way with this CBP bible.

    The darkness and point size of the text has made it so easy to read. We started a read the bible through at our church this year, and these last few days it has been so much easier to read this new CBP bible. The best I have.

    Also, the beautiful leather water buffalo cover is outstanding. I have never had a full yapp bible and already this is starting to form and protect pages. I like this a lot, for anyone trying to decide. The craftmanship inside and out is high quality for this USA made bible.

    Purchasing this bible was made easier knowing the mission work they are doing. Also, Matthew Duckett, was able to answer all my questions before I purchased.

    I highly recommend this bible, and purchasing any bible and donating to CBP!

    This Bible is a joy to read.The font is lbig enough for my eyes aging eyes I had the camebridg Bible I believe who first had the turquoise and it also was a nice Bible and I had bought there best that olony came in the goat skin which was nice but the liner was a cheap made coated paper.It didn’t come with a leather interior like it did years ago I olony brought up the camebridge Bible because the camebridge also had a waterbuaflo skin years ago and in my eyes not one could touch the quality of the Buffalo skin with the leather inlay that cbp put out.It protects the word so nice with there beautiful Buffalo skin with there leather inlay and there all hand made to protect God’s Word so nice and the thickness of the paper is a 36 I believe and I don’t see any ghosting on the other side,or very little in some places and for the price they put them out for is amassing so I’m going to put a little extra money for the ppl who put them out on my next purchase because they might have families and those who are single need to thanks for making great Bibles at prices we can afford for such nicely made Bibles.God bless you all.

    Wow!!! This is the first bible I have ever owned that checked ALL the boxes! This cover from AA leather is AMAZING!!! I have owned RL Allans and Schuylers but this bible from CBP has them beat. I have been a fan of CBP for over a decade. They always produce a well made bible at a fair/modest price. This new platinum series however takes CBP to another level of excellence.

    The text block is, as always, very nice. The paper gsm is in the mid-30’s (I believe) with minimal ghosting and suitable for notes. CBP’s art gilting is legendary, some of the best. These new water buffalo covers are thick, but not overly so. The corner work and the matching of the cover and liner is the best around, hands down. No Schuyler, RL Allan, etc. can compare with the craftsmanship of these new platinum covers. The best of the best. Which is appropriate for the Word of Almighty God.

    Pick one of these platinum editions up and you will not regret it. This is a forever bible indeed!

    Very amazed with this bible. The “Italian” Water Buffalo cover and the cowhide liner was a pleasant surprise. The red letter text is deep red. The font is perfect for me. A bargain of a Bible these days…!

    Got this Bible the other day, and it absolutely blew me away. The craftsmanship in this Bible is amazing.Perfect size font for my aging eyes, and it is an absolute treasure to read and hold.     I have owned and used this Bible daily for two months now. It is truly a beautiful and sturdy Bible. The print is the perfect size and so clear and easy to read with my aging eyes. The three ribbons are long enough to actually use without pulling up into the pages and out of sight. Are there ever enough ribbons though? I still have slips of paper scattered throughout marking passages that I wish to quickly return to but that might just be my own messy style. But the icing on the cake is the cover. I wanted to have a strong leather cover that would mold itself to my hands and eventually develop a patina reflecting its use. Of course the cover still looks as new at this point but the yapping is beginning to relax and protect the pages more. The comfortable feel of the leather in hand is just a joy to hold. The thickness, colour, and grain pattern of the water buffalo hide is outstanding. But ounce it is opened to reveal the inside cover lining of cowhide, this product just achieves a whole new level of quality and proclaimed durability.

    Clearly to be understood is that the Word of God is the most important treasure but to know that it is protected by such a beautiful and durable cover is so comforting.

    I would not hesitate to recommend and encourage anyone to purchase this Bible. It is such a joy to use.

    Fabulous edition of the Holy Word of God!!!

    I recommend the Full-Yapp editions to anyone who loves to carry their Bible with them, or whoever has an appreciation for higher-end Bibles. Made for a lifetime-plus of diligent use.

    CBP Bibles will more than likely last long enough to pass on to the next generation. I have ordered several CBP Bibles and have never been disappointed. Thank you all at Church Bible Publishers!
