I Purchased many Bibles from CBP in the past and they all were Exceptionally Crafted to say the least. I also have my first Thompson that I went to Bible college with back in the 70’s that my wife used when she got Regenerated. But this Thompson Chain Reference Beats them all, hands down. The Craftsmanship is very Tight , by which I mean the Smythe Sewing and Binding. The pages and printing are very Crisp and Clear for 8.5 Font , the reading is very easy I’m 72 yrs young.
And Most of all, I do like the Ironed Calfskin Leather Cover. That really sets this copy of Scriptures off , In My Opinion. But it is what’s between the cover that counts on any copy of Scripture…. The Words Of God!
I think Church Bible Publishers outdid themselves this time!!!

This Bible is absolutely beautiful, from the calfskin, gold gilding, ribbons, and the stitching, it’s very nice, no word’s can describe how beautiful this Bible is. The paper is good, very little ghosting, the friction pins do real well in it, both the ball .07 and the fineliner. Awesome job CBP, I will use this Bible for a long time to come.
